What is the cancellation policy for special classes and workshops?
Special classes and workshops are final sale and non-refundable. Please double-check the details before booking as there are no refunds or credits for cancellations on these.
Are your classes beginner-friendly?
Yes! We offer classes suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practicing for years, there’s a class for you. Our instructors will provide modifications and guidance to ensure a safe and welcoming experience.
Do I need to bring my own props and yoga mat?
No, you don’t need to bring your own props or mat. We have plenty of mats available for use, as well as all the necessary props for each class, including blocks, straps, pillows, and blankets. Just bring yourself, and we’ll take care of the rest!
What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. For yoga, we recommend no socks or grippy socks. For restorative classes, you can bring warm layers and socks. For strength-based classes, feel free to wear socks and shoes. The key is comfort!
What are the studio’s hours of operation?
The studio opens 15-20 minutes before class starts and closes shortly after the last class ends. Doors lock at class time, but if you’re running late, please knock gently. We cannot admit anyone who is more than 10 minutes late to class.
Can I cancel my class if something comes up?
Class Pass Holders: You must cancel at least 2 hours before class to receive credit for the class.
Drop-In Pass Holders: You must message us at least 2 hours before class to cancel and receive credit.
Please note, we reserve the right to cancel a class if no students are registered.
Do you offer private sessions?

Do I need to be flexible to do yoga?
No! Yoga is for everyone, no matter your flexibility level. Our classes are designed to improve your flexibility and mobility over time. Don’t worry if you can’t touch your toes—yoga is all about progress, not perfection!
Can I still attend if I have an injury?
